focuses on the studies of the lipid/cholesterol metabolic and signaling
pathways in prostate cancer development and advanced progression; molecular
targeting of prostate cancer; and oncogenic and tumor suppressive microRNA
Research Interest: Research area of interest, Cardiovascular
disease,Electrophysiology, Pacemaker, ICD and CRT therapy, Metabolic syndrome, Bidirectional
effect of CVD and CKD
Research Interest: As a professional
with intensive interdisciplinary backgrounds, his research goals are to
understand the human diseases mechanisms through studying the clinical relevant
animal models, in the fields of Neuroscience, Oncology, Orthopedics, Molecular
Immunology/Hematology, Pathology, Genomics/ Genetics and Stem cells. Based on his research he has received several
awards and honors, such as: Distinguished service award from University of
Pennsylvania. He has authored more than 25 research articles, 2 books/chapters
and 4 reviews
Research Interest: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), image processing techniques, pattern recognition. Emphasis on reconstruction, analysis (e.g. segmentation, texture analysis, motion tracking) especially for the diagnosis and monitoring of brain tumors and neurological disease.
Research Interest: His current research and
clinical interests focus ontendinopathymanagement, electrotherapy,
rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries of upper and lower extremities,
epidemiology of sports and musculoskeletal injuries, validity and reliability
of questionnaires in Greek and systematic reviews in the area of
musculoskeletal injuries assessment, prevention, and rehabilitation.
Research Interest: Related to the role of therapy with high-dose furosemide and small-volume hypertonic saline therapy and refractory heart failure and refractory ascites , the role of the salt load in the acute characterize and stratify patients with congestive heart failure after therapy with high doses of furosemide and small volumes of hypertonic saline, the atherosclerosis as inflammatory disease and characterization of the diabetic foot as risk markers cardiovascolare.Ulteriori interests are represented finally by Anderson-Fabry disease , and in particular of its role as risk factor of cryptogenic stroke over over which the search for new mutations in the gene for alpha- Galactosidase
Cardiovascular engineering, Modeling of cardiovascular system, experimental fluid mechanics, Cardiovascular mechanics and hemodynamics, In-vivo validation and evaluation of novel medical devices, methods and techniques, Design and development of medical software, Non-invasive assessment of arterial stiffness and endothelial function, Blood pressure monitoring, hypertension Analysis of heart rate and blood pressure variability, Experimental, in-vitro and in-vivo evaluation of artificial organs, Clinical studies of new vascular and hemodynamic biomarkers, Optimization of
cardiovascular risk assessment, Data analysis, data mining, biostatistics.
Research Interest: I had a long term interests 3 areas of
research: (1) the immunopathogenesis of periodontitis and its possible
therapeutic strategy. (2) The influence of the unique dental morphology of
Mongolian in associated with progression of periodontal disease (3) the risk
assessment of immediate implant placement
Research Interest: My research interest is
"autonomic dysfunction in vitamin B12 deficiency". My suugestion
would be to be very selective in accepting images. "Clinical Image"
section of NEJM is a good example to follow.
Research Interest: Dr Mei's research expertise is in
biofilms and biomaterials. His recent research activities are mainly focused on
the mechanism and prevention of bacterial adhesion and biofilm formation on
dental materials.
He
has measured the adhesion forces between living bacteria and orthodontic
materials using atomic force microscopy at a nano-level, and decoupled the
bacterial adhesion forces into specific and non-specific forces. In addition,
he has investigated measures for preventing biofilm formation using quaternary
ammonium compounds. He developed a novel contact-killing surface by
incorporating quaternary ammonium compounds into composite resin and studied
its efficacy of killing the adhered bacteria and its bio-safety for human
cells.
His
other interests include randomized controlled trials (RCT) and evidence-based
dentistry. He has investigated clinical methods for enhancing oral hygiene in
patients wearing fixed orthodontic appliances.
Research Interest: Osseointegration of Dental Implants / Surface
modification / Bone graft Immunology of Periodontal Disease, Periodontal
Disease and Systemic Conditions, Diabetes Mellitus and Periodontal Disease
Research Interest: He is a Pediatric Nephrologist
and a leading scientist in clinical studies in China especially for IgA
nephropathy and nephritic syndrome in children. He also conducted basic
research in regard to the investigation of the role of immunological aspects in
kidney diseases including nephritic syndrome and diabetic nephropathy.
Research Interest: Another field of
interest are the neurological manifestations linked to HTLV-1 and their
pathogenesis. Dr Louboutin is currently in Jamaica trying to get a better
understanding of the physiopathology of tropical spastic
paraparesis/HTLV-1-associated myelopathy (TSP/HAM). The current collaboration
with the Gene Therapy Program of the University of Pennsylvania is focused on
gene therapy approach in different neurodegenerative disorders, (more
particularly in lysosomal diseases, i.e., mucopolysaccharidosis, MPS). Finally, Dr Louboutin is involved in cell
therapy using stem cells in different tissues (i.e., bone marrow stem cells,
skeletal muscle, Central Nervous System). This approach emphasizes the
interaction with regenerative medicine in a translational context. Intramarrow
gene delivery of SV40-derived vectors downregulating CCR5 resulted in the
reduction of excitotoxin-induced seizures and their harmful consequences. These
results emphasize the role of CCR5 in the immune-mediated process underlying some
forms of epilepsy. He is the author of more than 80 papers in peer-reviewed
journals and more than 10 book chapters
Research Interest: Currently Dr. Leiser is the head of the
Laboratory for Oral Cancer Research and is supervising M.Sc. students in basic
science research. Dr. Leiser specializes in surgical oncology and surgical
dental rehabilitation in the maxillofacial region. The author of several
scientific and clinical manuscripts in international peer-reviewed journals, he
has actively participated as a lecturer in several international and national
conferences in the basic sciences as well as at professional maxillofacial
surgery and oncology conferences.
Each step from submission to publication was handled efficiently. The review comments were accurate which increased the value of our revised manuscript. I will certainly publish more works with Peertechz.More

Tomorrow is a search of today and if we research,we add an another day, that is how the time pulls on and on.Science keeps on changing its facies and thus paradigm and makes our living interesting and awesome. The knowledge of science needs to be dissipated to the progeny for better living ahead and the way we do that is through scientific journals published by different publication houses.Being associated with peertechz publications has been a wonderful experience.i have enjoyed the true spirit of scientific spice serving the organisation as an editor. It is author friendly, and makes the publication process for you very easy taking care not to jeopardise the standards of true science.I would suggest the research scholars and young scientists to associate with this publication house ,submit your reseach to brighten your career ahead in science.let us keep up the spirit of spreading the true science to the world ahead.More
