Research Interest: My Research for the Past Eight Years has been focusing on Metastatic Mechanism of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) and Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma (PDA). My Medical Training help me understand The Pathophysiology and Current Therapeutic Needs of these Lethal Disease. I have accumulated Extensive Experience in studying the Biology and underlying mechanism of HCC as well as PDA Using Various in Vitro or in Vivo Model Systems, Especially Clinical Analysis of Multicenter, large samples. My Work in this Field has helped us understand the Abnormal Increase in Aggressiveness of Residual HCC Cells after Tumor Blood Blocking with Related to Activation of Wnt/Β-Catenin Signaling and Subsequent Elicitation of Epithelial-Mesenchyme Transition. It Meanwhile Identified the Metastasis-Promoted Role of Caveolin-1 in PDA and Clarified its Regulation. These Works have Generated Several High Impact Publications in Clin Cancer Res, Oncogene, Cancer Letts, and Int J Cancer Respectively.
