We collect information from our users at several different points of publication cycle. For example, we may collect personally identifiable information from the users such as Name, Address, phone number, e-mail address etc. when they give their approval for serving as an editor or reviewer. We also collect personal and professional information from the users during feedback system. During the feedback system the information collected is from the existing clients only. Any feedback the user submit in this area becomes our property, and we may contact the user for further information.

Personal data collected by Peertechz may be used for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for a statistical analysis of users' behaviour, for content improvement and for enhancing the usage of the website. The information collected also may be used for responding to users inquiries and otherwise corresponding with the user, for processing transactions the user request, maintaining users account, for other purposes permitted by users organization's customer agreements (if any) for services to maintain the security and integrity of the website and Web Services for the purpose of conducting market research or surveys on our behalf, and for the administration, review and/or the improvement of the content of the website services. Individual general information, such as names, correspondence address and email, contact numbers, and other personal information that visitors voluntarily provide are added to our database and used for mailing information regarding site or application updates, new products and services, upcoming events, and status of orders placed online. We also may enhance or merge users information collected with data from third parties for purposes of marketing products or services to the user.

We may also use the information we gather to inform the users about the discount offers in Manuscript Processing Charges (MPC), inviting to submit the papers and to inform about the upcoming journals.  We may use the contact information in order to send the users e-mail, postal mail, or other communications regarding updates in different journals and websites, such as indexing information, newsletters, new opportunities and additional listings which may be of interest to the users.

Peertechz do not disclose any information of the users to the third party unless revealing such information is legally required to protect the rights or property of Peertechz or to protect national security or to protect the personal safety of users/public.
