My research interesting include (1) The prognostic or predictive markers that sort out the patients who may have a high risk of relapse, or discriminate the patients who may respond to a certain types of chemotherapy regimens, interested in next-generation sequencing for precision therapy; (2) Germline mutations in BRCA1/2 or other susceptibility genes in women with early-onset or familial breast cancer.
