In 2009, graduated from Tianjin Medical University with a Ph.D. in immunology. In the same year, began to work in the Institute of Ophthalmology of Tianjin Medical University, where worked as a basic researcher. In 2012, went to Germany for a one-year postdoctoral research. Up to now, has undertaken and completed three national and provincial-level projects, and published a total of 66 research papers.

•  as a project principal: PTB-associated splicing factor (PSF) functions as a repressor of HIF-1α-mediated VEGF gene transcription by recruitment of Hakai. (NSFC Granted NO. 81570872,2016-2019)

•  as a project principal: the molecular mechanism of transcriptional inhibitor PSF suppress Human retinal microvessal endothelial cells proliferation with IGF-1 stimulation. (NSFC Granted NO. 31100991,2012-2014)

•  as the participant :Identification the miRNAs related with the differentiation of ESCs into RPE cells and theit effect on JUN passway. (NSFC Granted NO. 30973255, 2011-2013)
